made the GSWA All State Team and the AJC All-State Team. Junior
D. J. Rozier was named honorable mention to both teams. |

GEORGIA FOOTBALL ALL-STARS |

Johnson County junior quarterback
D. J. Rozier was named Heart of Georgia Player of the Year by the Dublin
Courier Herald. Rozier passed for 1,753 yards while running for
another 919 yards. He passed for 19 touchdowns and ran for 17
touchdowns. Zack Walker, Larry Taylor and Dovsavious Brown were named
to the first team. Zack was among the state leaders with 72 receptions
for 1,172 yards and 14 touchdowns. Taylor rushed for 844 yards and 10
touchdowns. Brown was the Trojans leading tackler from his linebacker
spot with 83. Jake Scott was named to the second team. Jake was
the Trojans #2 tackler from his linebacker spot. Antonio King, Kelvion
Johnson, Shamarko Brown and Glendarious Darrisaw were named honorable
mention. |

MIDDLE GEORGIA GHSA FOOTBALL TEAM |

Johnson County juniors Zack Walker
and D. J. Rozier made the All Middle Georgia GHSA Football Team. Zack
made the first team at wide receiver. D. J. made the second team at
quarterback. Also, senior Larry Taylor was named honorable mention at
running back. |

WALKER RANK HIGH IN THE STATE |

Junior Wide Receiver Zack Walker's
1,172 yards receiving placed him 5th in the state. Zack's per game
average of 117.2 yards was the 2nd best in the state. His 72
receptions place him tied for 5th in the state. At 7.2 receptions per
game Zack placed in a tie for 2nd in the state. Zack was tops in Class
A in both categories. Junior Quarterback D. J. Rozier's 1,753 yards
passing placed him 23rd in the state, behind only Nick Marshall of Wilcox
County in Class A. |

NAMED OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR |

The Region 3-A Division B
All-Region Team has been announced. D. J. Rozier was named the
offensive player of the year. Rozier passed for 1,753 yards and rushed
for 919 and had a hand in 36 touchdowns. JOCO placed two other players
on the team, Zack Walker and Dovsavious Brown. Walker caught 72 passes
for 1172 yards and 12 touchdowns. Brown led the team in tackles with
73 after nine games. |
