BRAD JEFFERSON

GEORGIA TECH (11-2)
Brad JeffersonBrad was a junior this season at Georgia Tech.  He is starting at one of the linebacker spots.  Brad led the Yellow Jackets in tackles with 95 and was also second on the team in tackles for loss with eight.  The Jackets beat Clemson in the ACC Championship Game but lost to Iowa in the Orange Bowl.  After spending most of his freshman season on special teams Brad entered his sophomore season as the starting middle linebacker.  Brad struggled with injuries last season but still managed to finish his sophomore season with 21 tackles in 8 games played.

Devin Cannon (class of 2005) - Southeast Louisiana/Valdosta State
Devin Cannon, who played cornerback for Valdosta State, started his college career at Southeast Louisiana.  Devin had 44 tackles and one interception at Southeast Louisiana before transferring to Valdosta State.  In two seasons at Valdosta State Devin had 42 tackles, one interception and one fumble recovery.

Rictavious Prosser (class of 2006) - Concordia College
Micarlus King (class of 2006) - Concordia College
Jeremy Martin (class of 2006) - Georgia Southern University
Cordele Johnson (class of 2005) - Concordia College
Chris Dickerson (class of 2002) - Georgia Southern University
Chris Dickerson, who played wide receiver and defensive end at Georgia Southern, originally signed with Troy State University but transferred to Georgia Southern after two years at Troy.  Chris played linebacker at Troy State.  When he arrived at Georgia Southern he started on the defensive side of the ball but was moved to wide receiver.  He excelled at wideout during his junior season.  Chris was most known for his blocking ability but also added a few catches.  Georgia Southern got a new coach in 2006 and Chris got a new position.  Chris played defensive end in his final games at GSU.
Terron Pullen (class of 2002) - Georgia Institute of Technology
Richard Moore (class of 2002) - James Madison University
Chris Outlaw (class of 2001) - The College of William and Mary
Chris Outlaw, who played linebacker at William and Mary, left the Tribe following his sophomore year in 2003.  William and Mary ended the 2003 season with a record of 5-5.  Chris ended the season with 69 tackles, 34 of them solo.  He also had 2 tackles for loss of 4 yards, 1 sack for a loss of 3 yards, 2 quarterback hurries, 1 forced fumble and 1 interception returned for 68 yards.  In 2002 Chris finished the season with 18 tackles, 11 unassisted.  He also had 1 tackle for loss, 1 sack and 1 pass breakup.  William and Mary finished the 2002 season with a record of 6-5. 
Marchello Graddy ( class of 1998) - Air Force Academy
Shawn Linder (class of1997) - Southwest Baptist University
Shawn Linder, who played at Southwest Baptist University, was the starting nose tackle for the Bearcats in 2002.  Shawn was named to the All-Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association Football Team.  He was a Second Team selection.  Shawn finished the 2002 season with 22 solo and 31 assisted tackles.  He had 7 tackles for a loss of 17 yards, included 1 sack for 10 yards.  He also recovered 1 fumble.  Shawn was also Second Team All-MIAA in 2001 and All-MIAA Honorable Mention in 2000.  Southwest Baptist finished the 2002 season with a 3-8 record.  Linder was also named to the Football Gazette NCAA Division II Preseason All-American Team prior to the 2002 season.  Shawn is currently an assistant coach at Johnson County.

Curtis Dixon - Baldwin-Wallace College     
Curtis Dixon played football and baseball at Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio.  Curtis returned to Johnson County to teach and coach.  He has coached the Trojans in football, basketball and baseball.  Curtis gave up coaching a few years ago and is now the middle school/high school principal.
